Regina Rojas

Regina is a passionate food enthusiast with a Peruvian background. She has held onto her Peruvian roots, especially in terms of the Peruvian food culture, which is considered one of the world's most varied cuisines. After her training as a vegan- and rawfood chef and studies in nutrition, she started holding Peruvian cooking workshops parallel with starting her company Lovely Raw. She has held workshops at Skillbreak since 2019. Her workshops are not only about the food but also about traveling to Peru through pictures and stories about the country, the culture and especially the ingredients. A gastronomic experience to arouse curiosity and inspiration to learn more about the Peruvian food culture and the country.
