About
Learn to weave on a loom in the classic way from a textile veteran. You can make a pillow case or a small bag. Weaving is a textile production method from the beginning of our era. It involves interweaving two perpendicular thread systems (warp and weft, also called weft) to create fabric, tissues, of various kinds. With Barbro's help, you get to experience the joy of weaving on a loom, and test different techniques and styles and also make something you can use.

Barbro has many creative projects and has worked as an artist and teacher in textiles throughout her career. Nowadays, she is also a popular ceramic artist. She has several looms in her beautiful studio, and large rose garden (come in June if you want to experience it). She loves to share her knowledge and is happy to offer good food cooked from scratch.
