Harvest and eat your own garden weed

Harvest and eat your own garden weed

Anyone who has a garden or green plot to take care of knows the challenge of removing the weeds before it has taken root. Because no one wants a garden full of weeds. Or do you? You can actually eat most things. Chives, dandelions, nettles and cherries have made their way into the kitchen and fine restaurants recently. The garden's most unwelcome guest, the cherry bowl, is now sold nicely packaged at unimaginable kilo prices in larger grocery stores and the taverns serve ramson dishes. Make soup on resin acid, pesto on cherries or salad on dandelion leaves and decorate the food with edible flowers. With Jessica's help, you will learn what you can harvest and eat and you will also get some useful recipes that you can vary yourself depending on what grows with you or on the nearest lawn.
