A workshop for those who are eager to learn more about the Swedish vegetarian/vegan cuisine. We will cook fresh summer dishes typical for Sweden, covering main dishes, side dishes and dessert. You’ll start with a classic Swedish "fika" while Isa takes you through an introduction to vegetarian/vegan cooking and nutrition. The menu is explained and recipes and aprons are handed out. You will be divided into small groups and get to cook the different dishes under close guidance of Isa. In the end of the class you’ll team up for a lovely buffé-style lunch to enjoy all the amazing dishes together.
Fika, lunch and recipes are included. The workshop can be adapted to vegan or vegetarian needs, booking for a group of minimum four people. You can choose either evening or day.
