Put on your apron and step into the authentic Mexican kitchen with the fresh smell of fresh garlic, cilantro, and lime! Learn how to succeed in making traditional vegan tacos by creating corn tortillas, spicy salsas, and sides! Spend a Wednesday night with GreenIsaDream and learn how to cook traditional Mexican tacos! The class is 100% plant-based and perfect for the home cooker who is vegan/vegetarian or would like to eat more healthy and sustainable.
You will get a Mexican welcome snack upon arrival while listening to an introduction to the Mexican cuisine, spices, and chilis. The menu is presented and aprons handed out. The participants are divided into smaller groups who will make 4 dishes, including homemade corn tortillas made in a tortilla press. By the end of the evening, all the dishes will create a colorful buffet that the participants will enjoy together.
