In this workshop you will learn gourmet cooking outdoors over an open fire. Together we prepare a luxurious three-course menu with elements of wild plants. The course focuses on different cooking techniques and how to master the fire as a heat source. As an intro, you will learn how to handle a knife and fire-steel in a safe and efficient way, as well as what you should keep in mind when cooking over an open fire.
We place high demands on raw materials and have high ambitions for the food we cook together in our cooking courses. We know that food tastes best in nature, but we know that together we can make it taste even better.
Food allergies are announced when booking. VAT will be added on total if you are booking as/for a company
This workshop is led by me, Linus Nilsson from Naturens Hemligheter. I have over 20 years of outdoor experience combined with a great passion for genuine outdoor-cooking with top quality produce.

Linus was very knowledgable and good at sharing his experience. The whole process was fun, personal and very inspiring. I definitely recommend this workshop to people that are interested in the outdoors!

Great location, great food and great host! Everyone was thrilled about the activity, it's really interesting to cook in open fire, we learnt a couple things about how to set the right temperature and handle the equipment.
