Theatrical clowning teaches us many things about ourselves as performers and humans. Clowning helps us accept our own unique ridiculousness, which in turn may transform our habits of restriction into skills of open expression. You’ll be guided to search for your own unique ridiculous and stupid sides through games and improvisations. We learn to have fun being bad, the clown remain optimistic although she fails all the time. The students discovers that happy colors, flowers, make up, big shoes and false smiles has nothing to do with clowning. No specific method to form the students are used, teaching is based on each person's abilities and pleasure.
