If you are curious about eating more vegetables, getting started or getting new inspiration, then this course is for you. We cook traditional Peruvian food and use the best ingredients that are bursting with nutrition and create innovative flavor combinations. It will be colorful and tasty. You will also receive tips on how you can take ordinary vegetarian dishes to another level with simple ingredients.
The course begins with Peruvian fingerfood, an introduction to the Peruvian food culture, its ingredients and a review of the menu. Then you are divided into groups and cook together the different dishes which are then served and we enjoy a joint meal.

Regina Rojas
Since 2019
Regina is the founder of the company Lovely Raw AB. She is a trained raw food chef and also has a degree in nutrition. Regina has a Peruvian origin and keeps its Peruvian roots warm, which i.a. reflected in her cooking which is a fusion of several different world cuisines. Peruvian cuisine is considered one of the most varied in the world, as it has influences from Europe, Africa and not least Asia. Peru's varied structure and climate means that unique raw materials are grown that are nutrient-dense and that Regina likes to use in her cooking. This gives her food a health focus. Regina also draws inspiration from the plant-based kitchen and based on nutrition on how food is useful to us. Regina has also been holding Peruvian cooking courses at Medborgarskolan in Odenplan, Stockholm, for a few years now.
