This course is for you who are used to being in the kitchen but would like to take the next step - towards Italy!
How about making your own salsiccia sausage from scratch - grinding meat, seasoning, stuffing and frying. How about making the perfect risotto with real grated parmesan, crisp pancetta and the seasons best primaries. You will learn how to make real Italian ice cream at home in your own kitchen that will taste just like what you would find in Rome's best gelateria.
All this and more is what you will learn and be inspired by in this class, which holds a higher tempo than our usual courses.
After cooking you will be seated around our rustic kitchen table and enjoy everything you have cooked - Welcome to our kitchen, benvenuti!
The menue is changed depending on the season and seasonal ingredients. You will cook around 6-8 meals and are divided into groups of two where you cook parts of the whole menu. There will be coffee and tea. You may bring wine or other alcohol if you wish. Alcohol free alternatives are offered when requested prior to the workshop. An Italian culinary experience that suits most people - those who are interested in the Italian kitchen and those who are after inspiration and new ideas. Kids under 5 are welcome to attend for free, do let us know through a comment before hand so that we have a complete list of attendees. Children between the ages of 5-12 years old can attend for half the price, use the code "barn-italienskavancerad-OgI" while booking. Note: One child under 13 per adult.
My name is Samantha Santambrogio-Öberg and I run Al Dente. I came to Sweden from Milan in 1996. After 10 years in system developement I decided to change course completely and realize my dream. My dream was to work with my life long passion for food, culture and travels. Today food, culture, tradition and Italy is what I do daily. Details in cooking processes, the choice of ingredients and the family style atmosphere around the table is what I teach. A cooking class at Al Dente is a break from a fast paced life, weather you're attending as a teambuilding activity or cooking with family and friends. A pasta course enjoyed in Toscana might have a different character than from the same course in Stockholm. But in my kitchen you will come very close to that special Italian feeling.

Samantha med personal var mycket trevliga, tillmötesgående och otroligt professionella. Maten var sagolikt god, vi kommer alla att göra den hemma och hela eventet bjöd på en fantastisk ambiance.

Välorganiserat med förberedda matstationer. Disk hölls undan så vi fick chans att fokusera oss på att få till alla delar av recepten. Mycket fin atmosfär! Överraskande gott och trevligt!
