Are you an ice cream nerd or want to be? At our advanced ice cream workshop, you will learn all about the Italian gelaton. For 3.5 hours we go into the depths of ice cream making and we teach tricks so that you can later get the perfect gelaton at home in your own kitchen.

Sedan börjar vi göra gelato i alla former och smaker! Lär dig blanda dina egna smaker, som intensiv cioccolato, krämig pistacchio eller sötsyrlig limone. Vad är det som gör gelato så där underbart krämig och len? Hur påverkas tillverkningen av glass av olika råvaror som syrliga bär, feta nötter eller skafferivaror som kakao?
En lätt lunchbuffé med enklare italienska maträtter ingår i workshopen.
The menu changes according to the season and according to which fresh ingredients are best right now. We offer coffee and tea. You are welcome to bring your wine or other alcoholic beverage if you wish. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available to pre-order, contact us and we will arrange it. This is an Italian gelato experience that suits you who want to reach a higher level - from you who love ice cream and want to learn the secrets of gelato to you who are used to cooking and are looking for inspiration and new ideas. My name is Samantha Santambrogio-Öberg and I came to Sweden from Milan in 1996. After ten years as a system developer, I decided to completely change course and realize my dream. My dream was to work with my lifelong passion for food, culture and travel. Today, food, culture, tradition and Italy are what I do on a daily basis. Details in the preparation, the choice of ingredients and family atmosphere around tables and pots - that's what I teach. A cooking class with us is a break and a respite in a busy everyday life, whether you do a team-building cooking activity with colleagues or customers, or if you cook with family and friends. A pasta dish enjoyed in Tuscany may have a slightly different character than if you eat the same dish in Stockholm. But in my kitchen you get very close to that special, Italian feeling.
