The environment itself is worth a visit, a special glass cabin with a view of Lake Mälaren in Hägersten. The temperature of the glass is about 1200 degrees when it is in the glass oven as a liquid mass. In the heat of the oven, with the help of a mentor, you can blow, shape and design each glass object from beginning to end. Among other things, you will have to balance the glass on the barrel, shape the glass mass in a scoop and blow air through the barrel to create the object. You will use cutting scissors and more tools that lead to a finished glass ball. The glass should eventually be placed in a cooling oven at around 500 degrees to cool slowly. Of course you get what you have created with you. The glass objects can be picked up no earlier than 24 hours after the workshop.
