A nature walk with Skogsbad in the nature reserve Björnön, Västerås.
This workshop starts from Björnögården and takes you on a walk through the nature reserve from 1959. Björnön is mostly overgrown with older forest which is partly primeval forest-like but also has open grasslands. Many mistletoe grows here, Västmanland's landscape flower. You follow the nature trail, a pleasant and easily accessible hiking trail that goes through spruce forest, meadows and through mixed forest.
We all feel good about staying more out in nature, whether we exercise or just walk. Nature with its fresh air and greenery does us good, research has shown this for a long time. We do not have to do much to get the emotional benefits. It is enough to just sit still in the woods for a while. It helps us to reflect on life and, as usual, we get new perspectives on problem management.
Together we find a place where we can stand firm for a so-called mind inventory and thus we begin our "Forest Bath".
I invite you to various exercises such as listening to the sounds, smelling the scents and embracing nature and the forest. Together we try quiet hiking that helps us go down in laps, but we also try stump sitting and tree hugging.
I recommend that you put away your mobile phone, preferably in a quiet position during the workshop. It gives you the opportunity to be here and now and concentrate 100% on yourself.
The workshop ends with organic drinks and snacks while we get the opportunity to sum up the impressions.
Please note
The workshop takes place outdoors and I recommend comfortable clothes and shoes for the weather and the activity. We move slowly or very slowly, and you may get cold. During the workshop, organic drinks and snacks are served, please indicate any allergies when booking. I have a seat pad with me for everyone in the group. Of course, there is also rubbing alcohol and a first aid kit in case of an accident.
