We want to inspire you to cook more raw food desserts and pastries that are a little healthier and surprisingly good. We give you the tricks on how to succeed with the taste, texture and decoration, and how to use more vegetables in your desserts / pastries. It becomes absolutely fluffy, creamy, crunchy and of great variety. When you arrive, we serve a simpler meal so that your blood sugar does not have to go roller coaster. Cecilia Davidsson is a chef and nutritionist and since 2006 runs the company Curlyfood with a focus on raw food and macrobiotic diet. With a genuine interest in food and health, she spreads knowledge and inspiration to cook and eat good food. Whole, tasty and sensual are key words in the creation of recipes and menus for many of Stockholm's most famous restaurants. Cissi is also the author of the popular books 'Juices and Smoothies', 'Yogamat' and 'Hälsosam mat'. Always healthy and nutritious, but the food should be good in the first place!
