Using this simple yet traditional preservation method, you will understand how to cultivate probiotics using high quality ingredients. You will learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, and cultured veggies. In addition, you’ll learn simple and creative ways to incorporate probiotic fermented foods into everyday meals. You’ll create the ferments yourself during the class and get to bring home two jars.
